Return Policy

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Preference changes

We will replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect due to our error

To request assistance, contact TheLineupDept@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Approved claims may result in a replacement item or refund at our discretion.

The Lineup Dept. reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
